In paris, we had a full cover sticker (?) on some metros and in a station, but these were not the illustrations. They used a version with some crappy vector collage, with silouhettes and paint splatters… Not really creative.
Something like what you can see on http://www.cokesideoflife.de/html/flash.html but without the gradients and other stuff that could have make it fun…
