I would be completely annoyed if I found one of the “parking dissuaders” blocking my vehicles path. Yes, I would notice the logo. Yes, I would see how it looks like concrete, but weighs virtually nothing. But I think overall, the perceived inconvenience would actually negatively impact me.

As for the 3D hands – I just wouldn’t get it. It’s a bit creepy.

Don’t get me wrong… I think that both installments are very clever. They’re even just a little bit cool. But I would not want my brand being associated with either. There’s a fine line in public advertising between annoying and cleverly persuasive.
