		<description>I would be completely annoyed if I found one of the &quot;parking dissuaders&quot; blocking my vehicles path. Yes, I would notice the logo. Yes, I would see how it looks like concrete, but weighs virtually nothing. But I think overall, the perceived inconvenience would actually negatively impact me.

As for the 3D hands - I just wouldn&#039;t get it. It&#039;s a bit creepy.

Don&#039;t get me wrong... I think that both installments are very clever. They&#039;re even just a little bit cool. But I would not want my brand being associated with either. There&#039;s a fine line in public advertising between annoying and cleverly persuasive.</description>
