You cannot tell how much detergent to use, you can't change the pre-set cycles(amt of water, rinse length, etc) and especially, you cannot use bleach to get heavily soiled clothes clean. I want my money back but they just keep sending repair men out for 4 hours at a time. It does not get the clothes cleaner! I can’t stand the Miele washing machine!
