Momentum Philippines, the brand activation and shopper marketing discipline of McCann Worldgroup, gave Manila commuters a breath of fresh air by creating the country’s first plant billboard that helps protect the environment. Using the NZ Football team’s famous nickname, the ‘All Whites’, as inspiration. we placed a topical double-page spread in the centre of the New Zealand Herald national broadsheet. The pure white ad ran on the morning of the All White’s final game at the 2010 World Cup as a celebration of their achievements.

Kenny Powers is back, and he’s running just about everything, in the latest installment of the Tubes campaign for KSwiss, out of 72andSunny and directed by Caviar’s Jody Hill. Here he takes on the role of K-Swiss CEO, enlisting some star athletes to help him steer the company and the world. The campaign also includes a digital component that lets shoppers use their mobile phone and Microsoft tags to access “secret content” as well as R-rated Powers performances on Funny or Dieand Facebook.

To create hype around this awesome vehicle, we hired people to walk around busy public areas with prosthetic mouth pieces that mimicked the physical effects of G-Force. These eye-catching promoters wore branded t-shirts that supported our message and prompted people to test drive the new Golf R. For the price of a quarter-page magazine ad, we created an unusual activation that communicated the New Golf R’s extreme power in an interesting and amusing way.
