Not everything we did when we were kids made sense, but one thing that did make sense was drinking milk with foods like cookies and grilled cheese. The Strategic Milk Alliance’s new campaign by the integrated team at DDB Canada’s Vancouver office is designed to remind us that drinking milk with our favourite foods was great when we were kids and it still tastes just as good now.

Beyond Social Services: Lives can be rearranged when we care

In a meritocracy like Singapore’s, juvenile delinquents are often stigmatised, seen as hopeless and having no future. To get more volunteers for its youth rehabilitation programmes, Beyond Social Services wanted to show that a juvenile delinquent can become a useful member of society with everyone’s support. To express this powerful idea, we used the exact same letters to rearrange a negative past into a positive future. Each “rearrangement of lives” is visualised with arresting typography to grab maximum attention.

Fiat: Mille Economy Sign

With the Fiat Mille Economy, you can go much further spending much less money on fuel. To demonstrate this, we developed a promotional event that took place at outdoor food markets. We replaced a traditional price sign with a car-shaped sign showing a distance in kilometers. The idea was to to show that, for the same price as a kilo of fruit and vegetables, you can put
enough fuel in the Fiat Mille Economy to drive a long way.
