Dog owners in Russia do not clean shit after their pets. So in order to remind them doing it, we decorated trees in central Moscow parks and boulevards with bright-color handles on the chains, simulating flush water-closets (it is absolute symbols of a toilet in Russia). Right underneath this flush/chain we placed a small poster with our message. There were some bags attached to the poster – to simplify the task for the pet-owner. Overall 78 such posters were set up in central Moscow with almost 8 000 bags to use. Physically we helped to pick up at least 1 200 kilos of dog-shit from the boulevards of Moscow, plus the neighbors in a number of locations started to renew the supply of bags on the posters. Our program was retranslated by press and we also got the support from famous TV anchorman in the animal program on national TV.

With city populations on the rise, living spaces are becoming increasingly limited. IKEA believes that no matter how cramped your space, there’s always a solution. To demonstrate this, we built an entire IKEA store in a 300 x 250 pixel web banner. We targeted people looking for studio flats as well as one/two bedroom apartments by placing our tiny stores in the real estate section of community websites. As with our full size stores, shoppers were able to browse by department, choose and buy any of our products on display.

Problem: Cityoga studio noticed that new students often quit before completing their first month of classes. When asked why, their insight was revealed: they didn’t see quick results after the first few classes.
Solution:To prove that yoga brings results from day one, we created special Yoga Progress Pants that allowed new students to visibly measure their stretching progress. Every time they practiced, they could measure with the printed ruler how far their fingers, chest or nose reached. Witty phrases challenged them to stretch further and thus continue practicing at Cityoga. Results: After the promo Cityoga reduced the number of new students who quit: every third beginner continued practicing after the first month of classes.
