Ariston Washing Machine: Inside The Machine Project

To announce the launch of Ariston’s new range of washing machines and let people experience what it feels like to be inside a washing machine, we designed a giant walk-in washing machine installation – complete with video projection, vibrating floors, jets of water and bubbles. The installation which welcomed over 10,000 people, let people experience something that is part of their daily routine from a whole new angle.

Wish for Egypt: Egypt after the revolution

We recently worked on a social initiative to help Egypt after the revolution. The idea was simple. We basically wanted to connect the large population of Egyptians who are not connected online to those who are, in order to make their voices and wishes heard by the entire population. We felt this was important as there is a large disconnect among the people, post-revolution. And there is a need to renew dialogue among every section of the population.

The Musicians’ Union: Don Letts, Jacky Thomas, Abram Wilson,

“I don’t read music. Or contracts, unfortunately. – I’m a DJ, producer and film director. I’m not an accountant, lawyer or politician. That’s why I joined the Musicians’ Union. They’re great at helping with all that business stuff. Join us at theMU.org” – Don Letts.”

“They want to use your music for a cat food commercial. How much is your musical integrity worth? – Ask the Musicians’ Union. They can help out with all kinds of business and legal advice. But only if you’re a member. Join us at the MU.org” – Jacky Thomas, The Brodsky Quartet.”

“There are times when it’s good to improvise. Career planning isn’t one of them. – Sometimes I don’t even know where I’ll be by the end of the tune, let alone in 5 or 25 years time. So it’s good to know the MU can help with advice for my future. You can join us at the MU.org” – Abram Wilson, jazz musician.”

“Free public liability insurance. Because some musicians can be a bit of a liability. – Trust me. A lot can go wrong at a gig. Especially ours. So it’s reassuring to know that I get free public liability insurance with my Musicians’ Union membership. Join us at theMU.org” – Mark Greenway, Napalm Death.”

Lidl Supermarkets: First Class for All

“First Class for All” is an idea developed to show that quality and low prices can live together. To prove that, a first class meal was served to every single passenger on an airplane for the first time in a commercial flight. No matter the seat class. There wasn’t a single passenger, first class or not, that didn’t feel delighted with his meal.

Schirm & Co. Umbrella Shop: Rainvertising

The last real umbrella store in the rainy city of Hamburg needed some help to generate footfall. Of course: without a big budget. A clever guerilla stunt uses an invisible stencil that becomes visible only when it rains — thus enhancing the messaging.
